western hoggs illegal in Florida?

I have been told by a local petstore that westerns are now listed as venomous in Florida. Is this true? if so when did this happen?

Not unless it happened in the last 2 hours. I work for a large scale breeder that happens to have westerns in the collection and we usually get all the "news" and law changes before anyone else. In fact I will (hopefully) be getting a pair of Westerns myself soon.
