click (Tools and Toys) when you are at the "Post Message Screen". You will use the tag. Place the url of your photo between the tags.

but the photo is on my computer not internet

It has to be in the internet in order to post the URL. Kingsnake has a free photo gallery..

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
