I find the easiest way is to use html code. If you have your pictures uploaded to a server somewhere, you can get the picture's individual URL (usually available by right clicking on the picture and then copying the address given), then put it into a post with [ img ] in front and [ /img ] behind it, except don't put in the spaces. I had to do that so it would post the text in this message and not try to read the html.
