regulations of buying, selling and or keeping venomous reiterated again, it is absolutely in clear writing in that you need the class ll permit to do all and IT doesn't matter whether native or non-native ! A friend got hit with the regulation recently. Also the local LAW ( not wildlife ) enforcement needs to be informed of your venomous keeps. The proper law branch that is suppose to be informed is the sheriffs department not the local police department. But the regulation is enforced by fish and game / wildlife.
