Are beardies keen climbers?

kat1204 Sep 20, 2006 03:37 AM

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if beardies like to climb really.

My boy, 'Khan' loves his new branch I put in a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be at the top of it quite a lot.

I'm in the process of building him a new viv, and was planning on making it taller than his current viv, so I can put a few branches in for him a couple of shelves with ramps to them, to make it a bit more interesting for him.
It'll also be a bit longer, so will hopefully create more of a temp gradient. In his current viv he lies under the branch in the shady part, obviously to cool down. Any tips or advice on what to do/not do would be great.

Will try to post pics once its finished. I'll include some pics of Khan too, as I'd like to know what morph he is. Only had him a couple of months and previous owner didn't know what he is.

Thanx

Please feel free to post pics of ur setups.

Would be good to see a variety of finished products so I can decide on the layout of Khan's viv. (If u don't mind me using ur ideas)

Thanx in advance
