Bonsoir

Just a pict of my first Mali babie who hatched today , he is the first but his 9 brothers 'n' sisters are coming i hope in a few hours ! Really small no ? It's the first time i reproduce my Mali Uro .

I hate to say this but the little guy looks very weak. Hatching Uros is only half the battle. If Mama doesn't go into pregnancy with all the right ingredients, the babie's survival rate is almost zilch. I hope I'm wrong but, I've lived this several times. I think a thread about nutrition as it pertains to breeding should take up a few lines on this forum.
And I hope I'm wrong about your baby!!!!

arredondo; i know you're right about the first hatched, for the time he is still alive and had began to feed, we'll see. Two others hatched today and seems to be more "full", they are very active for a first day old ! 8 eggs are still good , i have never seen a " hatchling period" so long ( more than a week !), i try to post a picture in the next message, bye and thanks to everybody !
