taking the bugs for a walk...........

reiko Aug 05, 2003 05:00 PM

so i take Carrick Bug and the bug family out to the garden as i usually do, its fenced in, and nice and safe for them. Im working away and i turn to check on everyone, of course there is Carrick, munching on baby honeydew melon, just crunching it in his grubby little mouth, what a greedy boy! cant wait till things are ripe, i saw him eyeballing the pattypan squash later on, but i think he figured that was way out of his league

good thing he didnt find these! he woulda been one hot dragon!

LOL....ROTFL....

I picture a dragon with flameing mouth doing whole new kind of head bobbing and shaking.... then making a leap for any near by water to try and wash off bad taste.... :-0

Hey I used to have a parrot that liked fresh chives!!

Eat chives....drink water....shake head, open mouth, rase top knot.... ruffle feathers... go back and do it all over again!

and he got plenty of other greens.... he was hooked on chives like they were crack!!!

He was a Cockatiel and last time I checked he was still alive with my aunt, I was about 16 when I got him, give to aunt at 18 as I was going to join the Air Force, I'm over 40 now....
one tough long lived bird ... beeing smaller they don't often live as long as the "Big Guys"
