What about the 4 out of 9 that were produced by Brendan at BCI By Design? They were apparently all female! I purchased the only remaing live siblings as a male and female but it turned out he was a she. There is only one remaining patternless and it is female. To my knowledge there were NO true males. That was an F3 Harlequin to an unknown female. Any thoughts?

Crossed with a rosy boa...no,wait...it's the "super" Harlequin, and it's incomplete-codominaTE...if you gently shake it,and look into its eyes, you'll get the same corresponding answers seen in a magic 8 ball...run it by Andy, and see what he thinks...(just ribbin' ya... )

reply Tim. I guess I forgot that I'm not supposed to talk about those Harlequin boas. They're not genetic but they sure are purdy! LOL I thought maybe someone that wasn't afraid of lowering their status by taking a guess or stating an opion might come on here and talk about some of the possibilities. I guess I'll just have to wait and see!

Well Brendan, and I thought about putting out a weekly newsletter stating that we still didn't know yet...(*lol*) but if it's really stewin' your clams, email Paul Hollander, and discuss it with him? he's got a good head on his shoulders, and he'll give you an unbiased opinion,('cause he's not selling boas.)...otherwise it'll just be another session of palm reading & fortune telling leading to any one of a number of possibilities that have already been hashed over...I'm sorry it didn't come with a fortune cookie, but it provided a good lesson in why it's best to keep some things under your hat until you're ready to provide a detailed recipe to the world...we were a bit naive, and excited, and certainly made some mistakes...live,and learn. in my honest opinion,"when in doubt, breed it out." not all of life's little treasures come with instructions my friend.

else that was willing to look at it with an open mind. We have talked about what we think plenty of times Tim, I was just hoping for some new insight especially in light of some of the other 'weird' genetics happenings as of late. Oh well, like you say I'll "let the animals show me".
