Breeding weight..can she reach it?

johnbort2 Sep 23, 2006 09:08 PM

I have a female that is 1100g. I know a lot depends on how often I feed her, but do you think once a week feedings will put weight on her in time for breeding? I don't have a lot of experience with balls, but I have read she needs to be 1500g..correct? Thanks, John

Did you mean to post this on the BP forum??

Wrong forum. Its really a matter of opinion, I go at least 1200 grams and then theres breeders that wait it out to at least 1500 grams. Your chances of a big litter are slim at 1200 so if your hoping for a morph go with 1500 grams. Just my .02

Stacking weight on an "Imature" breeder achieves what ?
Something like a twinky pounding 13-15 year old kid?
