It has been at least six months since I posted last, but I've been around. Just not much to say. And very very busy with school and work. My female Bonita is still the queen of my herp collection. Been thinking about getting her a king and maybe a lady-in-waiting!! I have a 29 gal with two levels, do y'all think I can house 1.2 ok or should I stick with 1.1? I would like to brumate and breed this year or maybe next if I find a suitable male. Thanks for any input!

LOL...you still have that website? What is new with you? Aren't you in Missouri?

What website? No Missouri, Louisiana (LSU= Louisiana State University) I'm applying to LSU vet school this year to start in 2004. Otherwise my life is pretty boring; school, work, herps, dogs, horse, boyfriend. (In that order.)

I would love to know how the second level thing works! That would be cool.

I use different size boxes to create an upper level which works great because it creates lots of hide spots underneath with running room. It also makes a really nice temp gradient. I roughen the boxes with sandpaper for traction and put some pieces of slate on top and bottom floors for realistic approach. The boxes keep the cage light enough to move and I can throw them out when they get messy or for a change of scenery. She really likes the setup, and I use the same idea for my bearded dragon.
