different kinds of tinc.

tnj318 Aug 05, 2003 07:06 PM

I had two powder blue d. tinc and recently lost one. I want to get another frog but I was wondering if I could put two different kinds of tinc. in the same cage. I was wanting to get a cobalt but wanted to make sure they would live together first.
Thanks!

They would live together fine but all eggs that are produced should be discarded so theres is no mixbreeding going on, and you couldnt get two females because they would most likely fight.

Sorry to hear you lost one. Like geckguy said, you'd be fine doing this, but it's advised not to. If in fact you did get eggs one day from a mixed pair, you might kick yourself in the rear for not getting another powder blue

hi
sure you can keep them togother as long as they are not both females because they would fight and stress eachother out, but if you get any eggs i wuold throw them away to help protect the lines off frogs and if you do get eggs and decide to keep them please don't sell them. hope this helps
