Hey thanks guys, thought he was going to have a crazier pattern from when I saw him in his egg, he's still looks good. Can't wait to see what he grows up to be, then I'll know what to expect the next time my reds throw a clutch.

I know the hardship of a similar clutch... One is always better than none (my wife says). That is going to be a FINE looking adult! You can see it already... I love the WIDE pattern on top near the tail. Just excellent looking.

Hey Ethan,
Awesome job keeping that little runt alive. He/she is gorgeous already and it will only get better. Best!

Thanks Tim, Matt, and Angel. Can't wait to see this guy grow.I should have took a picture of one of the others that died, he had a crazy pattern going like one of Ashes craziest ones.

This is one cool looking blood! Did you breed him yourself It's one bad looking blood

fishkiller Oct 02, 2006 03:38 PM

Yeah it was 1 of 4 eggs that hatched out and lived.8 other eggs went bad during incubation, which 2 I think were slugs. Can't wait till next breeding season if she fattens up some.Picky eater she is.
