Have been trying luke warm water jacuzzi type therapy, and daily sunshine.

Not sure what this means... "tightly across rear"
Was it artificially incubated? What were the temps, substrate and how did you wet them?

The hind legs are folded behind him-just as he was in egg.
Yes--in incubator at 85 degrees. On substrate of damp paper towel , moist paper towel over the eggs laying on top. There is good news--it has started to eat today.
This technique, if you will, has hatched many of my friends turtles this way over the years. What I'm afraid may be happening is, I may have gotten the first batch of "Breeding gone bad", as there has been no new blood for many years.
Just three weeks ago she has introduced new blood stock.
Hope this sheds some light!
As we know what is a possibility "WHY" is there any thing I can do to pull him out of this-Rehabilitation?
