2 Ft. Caiman and 20 inch Sulcata coexist

Can a 2 ft. caiman and a 20 inch Sulcata tortoise co-exist in the same outdoor habitat with out incident? How about when the Caiman reaches its maximum size of 5 ft. and the Sulcata grows to 30 inches and 150 lbs.???

At the Bio-Dome in Montreal,Canada they have a large exhibit with 3 (that I saw) at lest 6 foot yacare caimans living with adult red foot tortoises.. I would imagine they'd be alright together if enough space is provided and the sulcata doesn't hog all the raw meat (joking)...
