I keep my leos in small groups. Usually 2 females and a male although I have had as many as 5 females with a male when I had a much larger collection. Now I just stick to the 1 male/2 female at the most 3 female and it works fine.
I have pretty large enclosures for them and they have plenty of places to hide and get away from each other. I made sure to create places to hide and climb on the hot side and the cool side. Plus I have some driftwood and artificals rocks in there so they can climb around and perch and not constantly be on top of each other. I just keep an eye on them when they feed because if two of them happen to grab the same prey item it could result in a bite.
So far I have only had one male who basically wanted to beat up everybody in sight. He lives alone now, lol. Sad thing too because he is the biggest, most beautiful colored leo I have. But hes got a mean streak I have no idea why.
My geckos do breed and lay eggs periodically but not an excessive amount. The male does not harrass the females. Generally they just completely ignore each other.
You should have no problem keeping your leos in small groups provided they have enough space and you dont have a rotten apple in there.
