Help identify (better pictures)

Ok, here's some better pics of the snake I posted earlier. Its about a foot long and a little bigger than a No.2 pencil in girth. Colors are black & yellow. It was found in NW GA (Floyd county).

Also, I'm courious as to how large these will grow, how to tell if its male or female, and what kind of temperment do they have?

Both the eastern & the black average 3 to 4 feet, with the black reaching about 5 feet max & the eastern nearly seven feet tops.

In that corner of GA, it would be an eastern x black king intergrade. It will probably end up looking like an eastern king with very narrow bands.
