This 2005 Red Bluff female was produced by Adam Sweetman.. I have had her since she was a hatchling and she is currently eating small mice.

I have 2.3 from this bloodline... All are outstanding, but she is the best of them!

Very nice, Mike as is the female Juno blairs from the previous post. Adam sure started something in 1990 when he started finding multiple alterna on 277. 2 of the ones he found were legitimate 10's and the others were 8 and 9's! So do you have any offsping for sale this year?

Hi Brad,

I agree that Adam has some realy nice animals and he is a great guy to deal with as well!

Unfourtunatly, my whole group of Red Bluff's were too young to breed this year.. But they are putting on some good size and may be ready next year.

Here are 2 of my others, the top 2 pix are of the same animal..

Awesome animals.

Are they from Red Bluff in south Brewster county (sw of Ninepoint Mesa) or some other red bluff?

The red bluff that Mike is referring to is in the Loma Alta "complex" of collecting locales north of Del Rio on Hi. 277.
Many nice alterna have been collected there by dozens of collectors in the last 15 years. I hadn't heard of the "red Bluff" in Brewster co. that you referred to but since you live there then you are obviously going to know alot more of the local names than most people. I stayed at wildhorse in the Xmas 2 weeks ago. How far do you live from there?

I figured the "Red Bluff" in question wasn't the one near me. I was just hopeful because we may be purchasing some land at the base of the Brewster county Red Bluff (entirely on private land, about five miles east of hwy 118).

I gave up keeping herps years ago (figured they deserved a more responsible caretaker). But I still love to go out looking and photographing.

My family (wife, dau 16, sons 2 & 6) and I live about 25 miles north of Study Butte on hwy 118. However, we have recently purchased property on the northern slope of the Luna Vista hills (west side of hwy) that are north of Wild Horse Station. We hope to start building our new home there in the next year.

We also plan to start building rental cabins on some of our more remote properties. Perhaps we'll offer some herper specials and open up some new locales (as if pairing up animals from existing locales wasn't hard enough).

That's a real nice snake. I have some Red Bluffs from Adam too and I agree they are killer.

Is Adam Sweetman still producing alterna? If so, does he have a website?
