From my limited experience the more orange they are as babies the more orange as adults.
The ones I have kept over the last couple of years have been specifically due to the orange as hatchlings they have kept the orange and maintained that classic creamsicle look.
So, I would say if they are nice orange as hatchlings, go for it.
I think your chances are great.

I've had the experience of riding herd on several litters of Creamsicles.

From what I've seen, the neonates varied from red-orange (almost looking like a guttata amel), through classic cream orange, through pale yellow-orange. I found that within several months both the reddish and yellowish ones became more and more orange. Eventually, they were all pretty much the same color.

Now, this only applies to my limited experience with litters produced by the same pair over about 10 years or so. I am not disagreeing at all with Jimmy (Draybar), only my experience differs.

Below are some photos of one of the girls, Pa, and Ma.
