Difference between ca and columbian?????

Hi I was just wopndering if there is any differences with the central american boa and the columbian. Does anyone have pics of adfults of both kinds? Also are there any size or temperment differences? The reason I am asking is because i went to the pet store hoping to buy a columbian and all they hvae is central american so I didnt buy it but I might go back so lt me know the differences thanks alot

darker and sometimes more aggressives. I've heard that they stay smaller but I have no personal experience with it myself. In fact I have a customer that comes in with a 9ft sweetheart of a CA around her neck every week.

...sorry but i am not putting anything thats 9ft long around my neck! my 8ft colombian "sweetheart" struck the male once when i was putting him in the cage and i had to wrestle the two out. man the power in that snake constricting my arm was shocking! i really like the nics, and other central americans but some can be nasty. really look them over and ask to handle them. the colombians are usually "nicer". heres a nic alongside a hog, john yocum
