I absolutely love his coloring. The "orange" with the black trim, and nice head markings. He looks young, is he captive bred?? Take great care of that guy and let him father decades worth of great youngsters!! Thank you for sharing that picture and keep us updated!!

he was actually given to me by a lady who had too many turtles to care for.. so i really dont know his age or history.. i think she found had taken him from a guy who did construction.. so i assume he is wild caught.. ive had him for at least two years now.. im hoping that next spring he will breed with one of my females and give me some gorgeous orange striped babies.. i have 3 males and 9 females, so i think the odds are good..
