most kinds are ok.
there are some good lists and I bet someone will post a link.
here are some starters:
NO:
Iceburg Lettuce (all watter, no food value)
Brockoli ( to harsh on tummy)
VERY LITTLE:
Spinach -- and other greens that have a lot of "Oxalic acid"
in affects the use of calcium that they need for bones.
Good:
green beans
carrots
cabbage
mustard greens
collard greens
dandilyon greens & flowers
other greens that have dark green leafes.
also fruit, berries, bananas and such in small amounts as treats.
cooked pasta (small amounts)
also from time to time a small bit of cooked non-fatty chicken meat! bite sized!
with a few exeptions any greens we can eat they can eat.
and corn, squash, peas etc....
my dragon loves to have my hand feed him his greens.... spoiled rotten he is
