Sand swimmers?

zach_whitman Sep 29, 2006 07:08 PM

Does anyone have any experience, or know of any info about australian sand swimmers, genus Eramiascinus? Are they available in the US?

As much as I was able to find this would (in the USA) be considered a "Mojave fringe-toed lizard" and is currently in the process of becoming a protected species. Other species of these are in Australia and Pakistan, but I couldn't find anyone listing them for sale...sorry.

Perhaps you would consider a "sand fish" which are easier to find and are available here in many places.
