Misting? Whats that?

Misting? Whats that?

I just made my Humid hide and I know I heard something about misting, can someone explain to me what that is? Thanks

I'm guessing that is as in water, misting the papertowels to keep them moist for instance in your hides. Any clean spray bottle will do. We have VERY hard water around here, so we buy drinking/ spring water from the store for the geckos, or at least use filtered water to minimize chlorine, which can be bad for them.
