... to an actual T- CA there is at the moment. Got this little
male from Pete at Daytona ... he is from a double het Blizzard pairing (Kahl Albino x CA Type 2 Anery), so that makes him 50% CA and poss het (66%) Type 2 Anery .... I love his twin orange stripes ... I have some big plans for him !!

PS. If anyone has an actual, true 100% pure CA T-, please post some pics .... cheers, John

Clive Osbourne, a boa fanatic from the UK produced a T-ive from a pair of wc sonoran boas several years ago. The snake was a still born but he had plans to bred the parents again. Sadly, last year, Clive died of cancer. His collection was split up and I have no idea were the adult and neonate sonorans went.

Thaks for that news ... I had heard rumors that there was a true CA Bci Albino (T-) around at some stage ... it doesn't surprise me, the genes are out there and it will only be a matter of time before someone gets lucky and produces one ... if you come across any more info, please let me know ... or if anyone reading this knows any more or where the parent stock went ... please email me.

In the meanwhile, I'll just have to keep going with CA/ Colombian BCI intergrade project .... already, at 50% this male looks VERY Central American and is much smaller than an equivalent age Colombian Albino.

Hi John,
If I hear of anything I will let you know. I think its doubtful that they were kept together as the collection was sold in bits and pieces, much as unknowns. I will look into it when I get back to the UK at Christmas. I personally think its only a matter of time. now, with the current interest in central american boas there will be increased efforts on collecting and farming these terrific little boas.
The main interest I had in the Sonoran albino was that I have a stunning line of True sonoran desert type 2 anerythristics. So the true sonoran blizzards would have been terrific. Ah well, like you I will have to satisfy myself with the colombian cross. I have a male colombian albio (new bloodline) going in with my anerythristic sonoran this winter. The blizzard project begins.

a nice looking boa? And you plan to breed two of those together? They'll probably just produce more funny little boas with no color anyway. Who wants that? On a side note... Put me on the list for on of those funny little boas with no color!

Best of luck with your Blizard project ... hopefully you will have better odds than everyone else who has tried to produce one.

cheers, John
