Where to find egyptians?...

-ryan- Sep 30, 2006 08:34 PM

In a few years, after my breeding group of russians has matured and started breeding, I'd like to start a project with egyptians, but I haven't seen them advertised. I've seen some people here with them, but where can you find them?

They seem like very neat little tortoises. Pictures are also welcome

Tut, a 4 1/2 year old Egyptian, is my absolute favorite tortoise of all time. He was about 2 months old when I got him from a broker in Florida. He's a little tank & I hope to find a mate for him one day without having to take out a 2nd mortgage.

He looks great!

They just seem like such interesting little tortoises. Does he live outdoors or in?

He stays outside from about April until some time in October.

this is where my redfoot came from, and they were excellent both before and after the purchase as far as answering questions and such goes.

I'll have to bookmark that site. I just thought that it would be great to have either just one or two as pets, or even start a breeding group (since there's few people breeding them right now). They seem like such interesting little torts.
