Info about boa size please.

Hi, i´m considering getting a boa....but there´s a problem. i need it to stay at 6feet or less (or a bit more)....i can´t handle anything larger nor i can house it.
So my question is...what are my chances of getting an animal that will stay that size as an adult. I want a male since they are shorter and i was thinking of a bci since they tend to be smaller too....but if anyone could help decide what subspecies or what locality is my best choice i´d be thankful. (please, don´t say hogg island boas haha)
If i can´t be rather sure that it´ll stay that size i just won´t get it. I obviously don´t want something i can´t take care of properly.

I would look into getting a central american. If you get a male it should stay within a workable range for you.

or a hog.
