THREE handsome STUDS

PHEve Oct 01, 2006 02:33 PM

I saw THREE handsome young guys in my window today, LOL super cute, quite colorful, and definitely lookin GOOD.

The first guy is Langundo, yearling C. bincintores, Second is Nashoba, my new young yellowhead, and third, is the yearling Kongster, an aquaflame/yellowhead cross.

You can see the difference in shades of yellows, Kongsters yellow is bright sunny pastel yellow. Nashoba, has an orangey yellow.

And Langundo is getting his adult bluish/black dewlap and inguinal patches. These guys pal around and really look COOL together, so much color/pattern contrast

Langundo , Nashoba and Kongster

a pic of Me, DVL and Johne! LOL Just kiddin, nice looking trio! Also am very sorry to hear about your little vestigium but that happens as you know. Sometimes something is just not right with them and they would normally succumb pretty quick in the wild. Survival of the Fittest. None the less you did a great job this year with the Bajas and you should be proud. Hope everything else is good with you. I once had a herptologist friend(one who I really look up to and respect)tell me, "If you keep live animals you are going to have deaths so don't let it get you down too much". Tom

johne Oct 02, 2006 10:25 AM

she just promised not to post it. ;O)

I too am sorry to hear about that baby V, Eve. Not much you can do when they are young except care for them. If something is not right about them it takes care of itself.

Talk to you later...I'm back in King of Prussia for the next three days.
