Great email I received on my help link

HerpZillA Oct 02, 2006 04:41 PM

Some of you may know I help an old friend with his shop. I bought the shops domain name and maintain the site for kicks. Sometimes the emails are just to funny. This is an actual copy of 1 email I rescently received

"hello i wanted to know if you still had to females left, what color, how much they are. Also what are you supose to do if you have mite in there cage. will they kill him by next weekend or what please help"

My answer:

hello i wanted to know if you still had to females left,
Female what? And two?

what color,
This question is now pending on the female question.

how much they are.
Also pending on female question.

Also what are you supose to do if you have mite in there cage.
Please define "there"/their cage, as in what animal are you talking about?

will they kill him by next weekend
I presume they is the mites, I still have no idea who or what him is.

or what please help
I'm trying, but to help I need information like, what animal you are actually talking about. You may be speaking about a hamster, rat, bird, snake (then I need to know what type), lizard (also need to know what type. All this can assist me help in your plight to help him.

OK
I got a little silly. I so rarely so my humorous side, except for here, home, work, at friends, dinner, lunch, breakfast. My wife says I laugh in my sleep. But that is something for another day. Hope you enjoyed the email.

LMAO

Reminds me of the person who sent the snake pic in to the What Kind forum. A memeber asked where did they find it.
Answer: "In the garage."

Cheers!

That's my everyday at the shop.
Typical feed sale.

Customer: I need a feed rat.
Me: What Size?

C: oh you know regular.
M: We have small and large.

C: oh, medium
M: we have small and large, what are you feeding?

C: the rat

M: NO NO, what are you feeding the rat to?
C: My snake

M:What kind of snake and what size? (I know now to ask both)
C: It's a python boa, about 8' (while holding their hands 3' apart)

M: I walk them over to the rats, and say "point any one out".

C: Thems are to big

M: Do you want a mouse?
C: yes I said a mouse!

M: yes sir i misunderstood.

M: What size mouse do you want?

C: regular

If I'm lieing god can stike me dead.

A cricket sale can take 15 minutes as we have pins 1/4" 1/2" 3/4"
These people buy the same stuff week after week. I'm seriuosly thinking about having a "Customer Service reminder board"

A reminder of what they actually have and what they buy.

But if I left, I'd have to get a real job.

I keep crickets for my tree frogs and I have to keep them in a mini fridge so they won't chirp all darn night.
Or least I can't hear them, anyway...LOL

Had some kind of wild cricket in the airduct last nite.
Got it out of there and it was 3/16 of an inch long!

How does something so small make so much NOISE!!!!

I gave it to the cat - she wasn't impressed, and promptly ran out the door with it clinging to her backside.

LMAO

Hey Tom, I know those are probably real situations. I have had to deal with the same thing frequently. lol. Thanks for the laugh! Most often real happenings are funnier than ones that you could make up.
