I've seen very good posts on the steps it takes to become a qualified Fedex shipper but I misplaced the links. Does anyone have this information? Thanks.

I tryed to shiup via DHL last year and was told they will not ship from a residential site only from a comercial business site. There rules changed after 9-11.
FOOT HILL REPTILES
DHL picks up from my residence and they are faster, cheaper and they get their more often on time than Fed Ex.
They also use aircondition/heated vans where UPS and Fed Ex use those big un-aircondioned trucks.
