I caught an eastern king about 2 weeks ago and purchased 2 pinkys and tried to feed them to him for 2 weeks solid but he wasn't interested. So I caught a small lizzard and left it in the tank with him thinking he would ignore it too but when I checked on him about an hour later he had already swallowed about half of it and I watched him finish it off. The problem is my local pet stores dont sell lizzards or frogs.. Only mice. So how can I get him to switch over to mice?

Probably only a month or two old. Its about 12 inches long.

Nevermind.. Found an article which suggested scenting the pinky with a lizard. Gonna try that next.
