MBK brumation

FunkyRes Oct 02, 2006 09:13 PM

Is there any reason why it would not be safe to put an MBK through the same brumation as a Cal King (IE low 50s for 3 months)?

My new boy is about 4 feet long (maybe a few inches under) - he's an adult. Not specifically planning on breeding him next year, seeing as I don't have a female (and I hear mbk x cal are rather fugly) but it looks like all my other snakes will be brumating, so it would make things easier if he did too.
