gila monsters??

I know that Applegate Reptiles works with gilas and beaded lizards.

While I have never owned a gila or bearded I have bought kings and gopher snakes from Applegate and I can say I was extremely pleased with the quality of the animals.

Before considering such a purchase you should check your local laws about owning a such an animal. You may need a permit or you may not legally be able to own the animal at all. Also they are a venomous animal and deaths have occured from gila bites so think long and think hard before diving in.
