I cant tell who the bleeder is because they both had the blood on them. the hemipenis looked bloody when it was retracted. do females bleed when they r menstruating or pregnant? Please help!!!

Female herps don't go through menstrual cycles like mammals, neither do they get "pregnant". Chams become gravid with eggs which don't require the placenta. The bleeding is not normal either. I would take them both to a reptile vet for an exam and check the male for injuries to the hemipenes, and the female for any signs of internal bleeding, bites or scratches.
