omg now i remember its the mites that are hurting him does anyone know why or how they could get in there and also how long does it take the get ride of them and is it life threatening?? i think it is if you don't do anything about it i am getting really woried

Mites alone can kill a snake, but it takes a while. At best they make the snake very very uncomfortable. See below post.
Go to proexotics.com and look for an anti-mite product called Black Knight. Also read their FAQ on how to use it. From what I've heard it is very effective and safe.

Black Knight seems to work on those nasty small glies/gnats that wait for snake feces or regurged meals in snake collections. Of course you still need to stay on top of cleanup duties ...but sometimes people a little behind schedule.
