I plan on breeding my male bumble to 4 normal and 2 pastel females. Would it be a horrible idea to breed a male pastel to these females at the same time im breeding them to the male bumble? I am just worried that my male bumble might not do the job with all 6 of my females. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I wouldn't do it unless the bumble be totally refused to breed. Has your bumble bee started breeding any of them yet?
