I use a petisun 10% and for a basking spot I USE A normal 100 watt bulb. It keeps that basking spot at about 100 degrees.

Personally I do not like the exo-terra basking bulbs. They don't last very long for me. I have been a long time fan of the Zoomed basking bulb. The beam is noticabely tighter than exo-terra's and the life expectancy is much better for me. I also use zoomed's Reptile Sun 5.0 and 10.0 for my UVB source. But buy one of each and try them for yourself. See which one you like better and then stick with that. Cheers!
