can anyone give me a hint on what this could be? i have a 4 ft ig and have never seen this before. this is my sons new baby......vet said try neosporin...didn't work, said try fugal cream, seems to be starting to dry it out....but only been using it about a week or so....thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer me....

Hard to tell from the pic. Almost looks like a thermal burn.
Keep the anti-fungal cream, since it seems to do the work.
Also, bathing in luke-warm water and gentle scrubbing with a soft toothbrush (such as the ones for children, the softest possible).

Keep the enclosure clean and disinfected daily to prevent spreading and infection.

Let us know its progress.
