Gagging BTS??

snake_girl85 Oct 05, 2006 12:38 PM

My BTS was just making gagging/choking noises, sounded/looked for all the world like he was going to cough up a hairball. He wasn't being fed, he was just sitting there and started doing it for less than a minute, then went about his business. I've seen him do it once before, and it worries me. He eats fine, I checked for lumps (impaction) and didn't find anything... The only thing I can think of is something small is stuck in or irritating his airway or he has a RI, but he seems otherwise completely healthy. Any ideas/suggestions?
