Need help about my blood!

zoeytheblood Oct 05, 2006 08:57 PM

Hello, I think I may have a problem with my blood. She is nearly one year old, will be on the 31st, haha. She is captive born, and eats regularly, which is once a week. Her temp is around 73-75 on one end, and close to 90 on the other. I keep her humidity around 65-70, unless she is shedding I up it. I recently put her in a 75 gallon tank, she is nearly 3 feet in length. I may have been a big change, but she seems to have adjusted just fine, she utilizes the entire terrarium. Anyway, those are the specs if you will. On the very tip of her tail,(yes she is female) There is a chunk of skin, and the very tip is red, which looks like blood. She shed last week and I pulled a peice of skin of the tip of her tail, and now this has formed. I am not sure quite sure of the cause. If anyone has input, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Put neosporin on it and keep an eye on it for a week for improvement, if not see a vet.
