Can I feed silkworm moths?

kat1204 Oct 06, 2006 05:34 AM

Hi,

Going to have a go at raising silkworms, as they are a great staple to feed.(And don't stink like crickets do!!)

In case I end up with too many moths, I was wondering if its ok to feed them to beardies as well as the worms?

Thanx

Yes, you can deffinitely feed the moths to your bearded dragon. They don't fly at all so are very easy to feed to dragons. Dragons also seem to really like them too.
