When eggs start to shrivel from underneith does that mean that their isnt enough humidity.
I'm not sure what to say about shrivelling on the bottom. If they are shrivelling (not denting), I would lift one egg without rotating/turning it and look under it. Sometimes insects will invade the eggs.
Most denting I've seen occurs on the exposed surfaces...and a little water added around the edge of the container (not directly on the eggs) will solve the problem.
Moisture loss will occur just before the eggs are going to hatch too. How far along are your eggs?
Some of my dehydrated eggs have caved in from the bottom. For a couple days I though the egg was still viable, but once I flipped it over, I knew it had dried out.
