HEAT TAPE ??? WHERE IS IT???

Hi all,
I'm finding flexwatt heat tape very hard to find & very expensive when I do, like $3.50 per foot for the 4 inch, $3.00 for the 3 inch. I also can't seem to find anyone selling the old type of heat tape we used to use, the non-thermastatic heat tape sold for water pipes under trailors & such. Any help locating any would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
