Just wondering when I should expect my book to be delivered. I ordered it last Sunday and it didn't show up this past week like I expected it to. How long did yours take to get to you? Thanks.

I would guess it would be along the same time frame as any other online book purchase. I have seen this to take on average 7-10 business days.
