New white lined gecko...

peregrinefalcon Aug 06, 2003 07:51 AM

I just got a white lined gecko from someone who was moving and couldn't take it with him. I am setting up the 20 gallon tank today (he had it in a 10 gallon). I was hoping someone could post a pic of how their vittatus or similar gecko's tank is set up so I could get some ideas, I was thinking of planting some pothos right into the soil. Also, do the males have two "bulges" or one? Mine has one bulge and I can see the femoral pores easily. I'll post a pic of her/him and the tank later today, she has a beautiful light tan colour but her tail is regrown

So how does the tank look, anything you would change?

Thanks,

Your set up looks nice. Where is the basking light located. I did not see it. I have my trio set up in a 29 gallon high tank. With many potted plants. They are doing very well. I have over a dozen eggs on the glass now. Best of luck with them. Can I post a pic that is not already online?

Thanks! I didn't have a basking light in there, I'll get one there right away. Good luck with the eggs, your obviously taking great care of them if there is that many eggs. And no, you have to put it online before you can post it. Just use the kingsnake gallery its the easiest. I'd like to see pics of yours!
