You can tell that dragon is not really green. There's just some sort of green dust covering it. I've seen this often with colored calcium sands. There are some spots where you can see that the powder is sort of caked on (like on the toes). Plus you can see the real color of the dragon peeking through. That's just a dirty dragon.

Green dragons are more of a greyish green. Not a flourescent green.

If you can give us some sort of substantial proof, then I will believe you, but I've seen this a lot of times with dragons. I've seen some dragons that people were trying to sell as 'blue dragons'. Funny how they match the sand they are kept on.

to believe me. I could care less. I have been asking about green bearded dragons. One of my customers brought it in because her roomate abandoned it. I thought it was on blue sand at first but then the green kept getting more and more. Then I thought that it was from a high veggie diet. Someone suggested that it may be a blood disease that is causing it to turn green. I simply don't know but it is 100% green and healthy. I'm sure there is a simple explanation but I can't think of any. Anyone with some intelligent insight I would much appreciate it. I'm not some person who is telling lies or trying to get attention. I'm not even into beardies. This is just the first one I've seen.

Thanks,
Alex

That thing is totally cute and hoepfully its not anything wrong with the little guy...have you given him a good soakin? Just in the off chance it is something on him,...otherwise he looks really cool!

great ideal. I'll try that tomorrow. It is just weird because at first it looked butt ugly and then he gets really green and yellow. Thanks for your input.

Take care,
Alex
