Hey guys, I have a long term captive bullsnake (assumed, it was a sorry rescue/adoption case) that I"ve had for about 5 years. It's doing really well, and is about 6 to 6 1-2 feet; assumed Alberta locale. I've noticed that many of the captive bred bulls have a huge girth, almost indigo like, but don't appear obese at all. Yet, all the wild insitu shots are of much more lean and thin animals. My captive "Odie" is of the lean type, and I'm just wondering if you consider this unhealthy. (body condition score is still good; I know what emaciation looks like!)
