Great looking tort!

I don't currenly keep egyptians (would definately love to in the future!), but I am interested in hearing what interesting information you have obtained from them. Good tortoise information is good tortoise information, and usually it can be applied to a variety of related species.

Do you keep yours indoors our outdoors?

Hello!
I meant exactly "exchange" Sorry for my mistake.
Currently I have 3 adult specimens. I'm not able to keep them for a whole of the year outdoor because of the climate in Poland. I keep them sometimes outdoor during the summer (but in Poland the summer is really unstable- it depends on the year). In general climate in Poland is not good for kleinmanni, so I must keep them indoor for the most part of the year.
I agree it's a really beautiful species. I hope that they will breed in the future.
Best regards!

Have you contacted Henk Zwartepoorte at the Rotterdam Zoo? He is the European Studbook keeper for both the zoo community and the private sector in Europe. I'm sure you can find a bunch of peope who would be willing to chat through him.
