How do you report bad petstores?

How do you report bad petstores? Making a long story short, I ran into a petstore that had Leos in bad shape. In cages the size a little bigger then a cricket holder. Anyway I can report bad abbuses like this?

As I posted the last time you had this thread, you can try contacting your local Animal Control or SPCA through your police department, but I don't know if you'll get a response. Unfortunately, our cold blooded critters don't hold the weight in laws that the warmies do. :
