Some new additions from the NARBC...

Exotics by Nature Oct 10, 2006 12:44 AM

Hello everyone,

We just got settled back in from our weekend trek to Tinley Park, IL for the 2006 North American Reptile Breeder's Conference. As always it was a pleasure to see old friends and make new ones.

Our trip wouldn't be complete without picking up some wonderful new projects! So here's what we got...

First off... I FINALLY BROKE DOWN! For years I have put off the Yellow-Belly trait. I always wanted to start off with a male Ivory to avoid the production of normals. So here is the male Ivory Ball we purchased from Josh @ Tampa Bay Morphs. Thanks Josh!

Here is another photo that Celia took that shows that the Ivory has the same pupil as the Black Eyed Super Fire...

Next... a phenominal animal from John Piro... a female Pastel Lesser Platinum! Thanks John she is stunning!

Here is another... a female Super Sable from Aaron Burkett. We picked up some Sables earlier this year and just couldn't resist the jump ahead to a Super. Thanks Aaron!

Here is another shot of the Super Sable's belly... what a NEAT trait!

Last but certainly not least... a female Calico/Bubblegum from Michael Cole. Mike she is AWESOME! Thanks a bunch!

This is a little off topic since it isn't a Ball Python but I thought it deserved a mention. Thanks to Pete Kahl for helping me surpise Celia with a little gift... a male Super Jungle Boa. Got to keep the lady happy

The show was great! Bob Ashley and Brian Potter do a fantastic job so we'll keep going back! The auction was extra fun but I guess you just had to be there

So few snakes so little time, space and money!

Hope everyone had as good of a time as we did and good luck with the coming season!!

Sean, that is an absolutely amazing group of snakes! I especially like the Pastel Lesser from John and the bubblegum calico from Michael. Can't wait to see what you produce from this bunch! Take care

Nice additions, sorry I missed the show, strike out for this year.

Daytona and Chicago are on my schedule for next year though.

Do you happen to have a picture of the Lori ball you got in Daytona, I have never seen one?

Celia takes such great shots!
Your new calander is killer, I think my family liked it even better than the 2 new additions I brought home.

It was great meeting you & keep me on your "Christmas card" list!

......which of the new snakes I like best.

Maybe the Ivory?
Maybe the Calico?

Hmmm.....

Also, congrats on taking such high quality photos. With the plethora of Tinley Park photos on your website I've got enough desktop backgrounds to last a year and a half. lol
