Bought this girl as a baby, was told Texas Rats can have a nasty disposition, I never bought it, always though she was a sweetheart, the day after this pic was taken, she nailed me! haha. Anyways here she is.

Great looking girl. I have a male. I agree there are exceptions but as a whole they are nasty.
They are great as display with a black background and branches for climbing. Mine loves to climb you might as well add some branches . She will love them and you will enjoy watching her climb.

Beautiful! yeah they have some attitude, but I like a snake with a little spunk in it!

Texans always seem pissy as yearlings, must be puberty. My babies are similar to other rats, nippy but settle down. My adults calm down with regular handling, but are still very alert. It's just something about that second year.
